Why Choose The VLC?

Since its launch, the VLC Certification has been attended by learners from 22 different countries: teachers, lecturers, corporate trainers, business leaders and most proudly, has gained the trust of the Malaysian Institute of Management and local universities.

It has been acknowledged alongside efforts by WHO, Harvard Business School and MDEC for their progressive efforts to build capacity in virtual learning during the pandemic  crisis in 2020.

Learners who attended the VLC Certification report the ease of learning the content and mastering the targeted skills in a safe and encouraging environment, as well as getting enough logistical and emotional support throughout their journey.

The strength of the VLC Certification is the practical application of its design, which allows learners to experience an optimum learning environment which is modelled by the course facilitators themselves.

Above all, the sheer evidence contained in the testimonials by the learners themselves attest to its effectiveness, with many of the VLCs running paid virtual classes almost immediately after they graduated.

How I Run My Virtual Classes (ebook)

Are you a trainer who no longer has classroom trainings? Has crisis and competitiveness forced you to pivot online? Are you worried you won't be able to survive in the harsh sea of cyberspace?

My name is Nadzrin and I am a Virtual LearnCaster, someone who runs virtual classes online. To help those who cannot afford to attend my Virtual LearnCaster course, I have written an ebook to help you out.

This ebook contains the essence of how I run my virtual classes since 2011. In it, I introduce you to the Spectrum of Online Learning, from being Presenter-Driven to Learner-Driven. I also share some best practices of how to design your classes to be as experiential and engaging as possible.

What's not covered in the Tools, Teaching and Technique chapters, I cover in a tell-all Q&A that has been repeatedly asked in the various webinars I've run for those interested to teach online.
